You must reference your Order ID on all returns/exchanges.
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange. We will only refund the purchase price if the item is defective.
Please note: HIGGz ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE, NOR MAY THOSE ITEMS BE RETURNED TO OUR RETAIL STORES. Merchandise that you purchased from a store or website other than www.higgz.com cannot be returned or exchanged through us.
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form. Please be very clear in describing what you want to return or exchange. *WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGES.* *This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
